When you sign up for updates, survey results, or contact us, we collect your email address and whatever you include (e.g. your name). We keep collection minimal: we ask for only what we need to send you what you requested.
We count page visits with our own first-party system. It sets no cookies, collects no personal information, and honors your browser's Do-Not-Track setting. We see only aggregate counts (e.g. how many times a page was viewed per day) — never who visited.
Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we email you only because you asked to receive our emails, or because of an existing business relationship. Every commercial email identifies Nozzle and tells you how to opt out. Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 10 business days.
To stop receiving emails from us, reply "unsubscribe" to any email or write to absurdexperience@gmail.com at any time.
We share personal information only with service providers needed to operate our services (e.g. our email provider), who are bound to use it only for that purpose. The sole exception is legal compulsion: we will disclose information where required by a court order, subpoena, or other lawful request.
Email absurdexperience@gmail.com to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. We respond within 30 days. We delete on request unless a law requires us to retain the data.
Your information is stored with our service providers, encrypted in transit, and protected by generally accepted security standards. We retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for.
We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
